1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 11777pub website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by 11777pub ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the 11777pub Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of 11777pub, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or disorder that would make participation in gaming activities harmful to you.

11777pub reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the 11777pub Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the 11777pub Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately, and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 11777pub will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 11777pub conducts KYC verification on all registered accounts. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal privileges suspended.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

11777pub accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. 11777pub reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the 11777pub account.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the 11777pub Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Any currency conversion fees incurred through your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 11777pub may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash except where explicitly stated;
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise specified;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• 11777pub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination;
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account automatically.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the 11777pub Platform — including live dealer games, slots, bingo, sports betting, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

All casino games on the Platform utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer operations conducted under regulatory oversight, ensuring that game outcomes are fair, random, and not subject to manipulation by 11777pub or any third party. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on our servers, the server record shall be deemed definitive.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official results of the relevant sporting event as recognised by the governing body of that sport. 11777pub reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result is subject to official review, protest, or reversal.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11777pub Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider betting in relation to any sporting event offered on the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the age of 21;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 11777pub staff or other players.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 11777pub Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 11777pub or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 11777pub.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 11777pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

11777pub does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time without notice.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 11777pub's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 11777pub's total aggregate liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

11777pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

Upon termination of your account for cause, any balance remaining in your account may be forfeited if it is determined that the balance was derived from fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 11777pub's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

13 Amendments

11777pub reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
